This singular issue about the power of any jurisdiction to entertain a lawsuit prompted me to examine the issue of jurisdiction over the Internet. In response, I wrote an article on Internet law and commerce, "It's A Small World After All: Personal Jurisdiction, the Internet and the Global Marketplace," published in the Maryland Journal of International Law and Commerce.
